Steps
Step 1: Please log into your Teacherease account to register.
Step 2: Pay your nonrefundable registration fee through FACTS.
Online registrations received without registration fees will be placed on the waitlist.
Step 3: Request Financial Aid if needed. Financial Aid requests are also made through FACTS. You can learn more by visiting our “Financial aid” website
Step 4 Documents:
- The Medical Authorization Form must be filled out by a physician for each student and returned to the school office each year before the student's first day of school.
-Immunization Form please refer to the Immunization Requirements for reference.
